Job Description

The Embassy Assistant is a person who will be helping the team with sales and daily administration. She/he will be working closely with Vit, the co-founder and MD, being responsible for activities including e.g. lead qualification to potential clients, booking flight tickets, managing the team’s schedule such as arranging meetings, re-scheduling, preparing materials for meetings and helping with daily office routine.

Full-time job, available from August 1, 2012.

She/he is a communicative team-working person, proficient in Czech and English language, punctual, organized and reliable. A person willing to jump into a startup with global ambition. Working with an experienced but still young team who are not typical long-bearded geeks, but hard-working entrepreneurs. Previous work experience is not necessary.
