Role

Client retention is paramount in our business. Enterprise clients are committing to using our software for one year at a time, after which they always have an option not to renew the contract. Having a strong product is critical, but it can never take you the whole way. The rest of the battle is fought by customer experience and a great account management.  


As an Account Manager, your job will be to create a top-notch customer experience for our enterprise clients and transfer it into a required business result for the company. By that, we mean that all accounts under your care will be properly onboarded, happily renew their contract every year and will buy extra features, products, and services as we introduce them.


Responsibilities

  • Meeting with our clients through online meetings (mostly) and personal visits
  • Identifying new business opportunities with existing enterprise clients (upsell, cross-sell)
  • Building and maintaining a deal pipeline, using Salesforce CRM properly
  • Building rapport with the decision makers and assigned customers
  • Processing and negotiating renewals
  • Updating customers on new product capabilities
  • Onboarding trainings, Q&A sessions and best practice sessions for clients
  • Ensuring clients use and utilize our software - working with available data

Requirements

  • Experience in account management role dealing with enterprise clients
  • Strong relationship building skills - people like you and you like people
  • Strong communication skills - you can talk, listen and present
  • Strong sales skills - you are caring but able to ask for money and make business happen
  • Fluency in Spanish and English - both proficient enough to use in a business context
  • Fluency in Portuguese would be a big advantage
