Brand Embassy Appoints Vice President of North American Sales

Brand Embassy, social customer service software designed to deliver human connections at scale, is proud to announce Sharon Quigley as Vice President of North American Sales. After signing the region's largest contract-free wireless service provider this hire indicates a long-term commitment to the U.S. market and rapid growth in the region. Sharon’s experience in corporate development for emerging and established technology firms will help Brand Embassy better serve prospects looking to secure their footing in the digital age and approach customer service with an edge to differentiate.

Sharon’s appointment comes at a time when Brand Embassy is digging deeper into a market ripe for digital innovation. U.S. companies have led the way in social media marketing, but have fallen behind when it comes to social customer service. And with consumers of all ages and demographics living out their private and public worlds on digital channels, companies will either adapt and compete on digital experience, or fall from significance.   

Building out a senior team

Brand Embassy is actively building out a senior management team with experience working in the enterprise sector. Early this year former T-Mobile Vice Chairman Terrence Valeski joined Brand Embassy's Board of Directors and serves as Advisor to the CEO.

Serving the enterprise

Brand Embassy’s social customer service platform is used by enterprise service businesses predominantly from commoditized industries like telecommunications, financial services and e-commerce. Sharon’s rich sales background which started 20 years ago with the words “I don’t do sales” as she went on assignment to South Korea, ultimately turned into a personal passion for building one-to-one relationships to power the world’s biggest broadcasting events.

I have been behind the scenes providing solutions for Olympics, Wimbledon, Grand Prix, MFA, entertainment awards shows, reality TV, and the broadcast center at Vatican City,” says Sharon. “In the end, all clients are looking to provide their customers with a superior experience – now I get to work on the technology side of that solution.”
