Job Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Your mission at Brand Embassy is to create new revenues for the company in creating new sales and growing existing clients. In order to do so, you will manage an existing portfolio of “Fortune 500” type of customers, proactively developing, nurturing and closing business opportunities coming from leads generated by our international partners and other sources.  The purpose of the Sales Manager role is to go beyond the product and focus on top-notch customer experience with Brand Embassy as a company. You are held responsible for a quota including customer retention and growth  (renewal of our business). Responsibilities

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities/leads

  • Helping convert leads throughout every step of the sales cycle properly, with extra attention to every detail of the client’s needs as well as proper follow-ups

  • Support in building and maintaining pipeline, turning opportunities to bookings and tracking all steps of sales cycle, including wins and losses, using CRM

  • Presentation of live demo to given prospects in order to initiate their interest in trying Brand Embassy

  • Building rapport with the decision makers and assigned customers

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with assigned customers in order to identify further sales opportunities

  • Onboarding training, Q & A sessions, best practice sessions for prospects and customers

  • Driving & ensuring clients adoption - working with available data

  • Regular meetings & calls with clients, Case studies liaison

  • Updating customers and prospects about new product capabilities

  • Processing and negotiating renewals

  • Close cooperation with Pre-Sales Technical Support during the trial/Proof of Concept as well as onboarding of new clients

  • Close cooperation with Finance and Legal on required paperwork during signing a new Client

  • Work closely with the entire enterprise sales team in developing specific sales campaigns based on understanding and analyzing of prospects’ needs

Requirements

  • At least 4 years experience in B2B sales (with quota)

  • University degree (eg; Business, Marketing, Engineer)

  • Great Business Acumen

  • Deep understanding of technology (not necessarily technical profile)

  • English and Czech fluent spoken and written

  • Additional European languages (eg: German, Italian, French, Spanish) is a plus
