Job Location: Prague, Czech Republic


  • Generating new business in Spain & Latin America, accountability for revenue targets
  • Building a pipeline of opportunities and managing every step of the sales cycle up to closing deals and successful handover of new accounts to Client Success team
  • Negotiation within pre-approved parameters
  • Utilising own network as well as identifying opportunities for business development (new leads and ideas)
  • Close cooperation with Pre-Sales Technical Support during the trial/Proof of Concept as well as onboarding of new clients
  • Close cooperation with Finance and Legal on required paperwork during signing a new client
  • Working closely with whole enterprise sales team in developing specific sales campaigns based on understanding and analysing of prospects’ needs


  • Experience with direct consultative sales to large enterprise clients in B2C sector (like telecoms, financial services, e-commerce or utilities)
  • Previous responsibility for negotiating and closing complex deals with several decision makers within individual clients
  • Experience selling software, SaaS, technology solutions or business services (e.g. consulting, marketing services)
  • Experience within the digital, customer service, customer experience domains is a plus
  • Comfortable initiating, developing and closing new business
  • Fluent in Spanish, good level of Portuguese highly welcomed
  • English good enough to communicate internally on a daily basis
